Robert is the founding partner of Ferwood and since inception in 2010 has advised hundreds of businesses and individuals on their commercial property matters including 3 million square feet of leasing and £300 million of investment/development transactions.
Robert has a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial property agency work and prides himself on the advice he gives to Clients.
Kathryn Sowter
Consultant
Kathryn is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in all sectors of the commercial property market. Kathryn specialises in professional work including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring, valuation and general property advice. She acts for both occupier and landlord clients and is frequently appointed as an expert witness in arbitrations and court proceedings.
Prior to Ferwood, Kathryn was a director at CBRE and the head of the professional departments of two smaller firms of surveyors. Kathryn has a wide range of experience across all property sectors and brings an attention to detail in her negotiations and advice to clients.
Louise Williams
Consultant
Louise is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of experience of the retail sector. As well as having a background in rent review and lease renewal negotiations, she has a strong track record of working with occupiers to establish estate management strategies, and maintain a rolling programme of the events and actions needed to keep an estate in good order.
Prior to current consultancy roles, Louise ran the professional departments for two niche, retail-focussed firms of surveyors, overseeing nation-wide estates for a range of occupiers. She is known for her trouble-shooting and commercial approach to her work, and for her adaptability to specific client requirements.
