Aire Labs instructed us to acquire another part floor in their existing building where we successfully acquired 806 sq ft on a new lease expiring co-terminus with their existing contract. The Landlord agreed to completely fit-out the property at no additional cost to our Client, resulting in a saving of £30,600. A photographic schedule of condition was also agreed.
