We were tasked with finding new London premises following a Corporate acquisition. We found a fully fitted and furnished floor of 8,416 sq ft in a building Hitachi Vantara already occupied. The passing rent was significantly below market levels and the CAPEX savings, from acquiring a fitted and furnished floor, were almost £400,000.
