After one of the firms toughest negotiations we concluded a letting to Countrywide Estate Agents plc who agreed to take 8,394 sq ft at an annual rent of £13.50 per sq ft, on a 7 year lease, with a 9 month rent free period. This letting enabled our Client to mitigate almost £1.9M.
