SUSE instructed us to acquire their new UK Headquarters in Bracknell where we secured a beautifully fitted and furnished office in One Station Square comprising 7,187 sq ft. We agreed a significant rent free period, given the nature of the short term lease, together with a number of key negotiation points. Total Client savings were £685,000.
