Workpad, a boutique serviced office provider, instructed us to find another West End site and we successfully acquired a self contained building comprising 2,625 sq ft. We fought off a lot of competition for this building and ensured the Client obtained a competitive deal. Additionally we negotiated for the Landlord to do the vast majority of the fitting out works saving our Client £145,000.
