Hitachi Consulting instructed us to dispose of 10,478 sq ft in Harmsworth House to enable them to acquire new premises more fitting to their Corporate image. We successfully found a sub-tenant for the entire floor, given the quality of the building, and ensured sufficient savings to fund the new acquisition. Total savings equated to £980,000.
