Essex Services Group instructed us to acquire their new offices due to a looming lease expiry and we successfully acquired another floor in their current building comprising 1,995 sq ft and renewed their existing lease also on 1,995 sq ft. We agreed a new rent of £35 per sq ft, a reduction of £12.50 per sq ft from quoted terms, and a competitive rent free package.
