Edge10 instructed us to acquire their new London Office, fully fitted, where we successfully acquired 1,689 sq ft on a new 5 year lease with a 2 year break option. A competitive rent and rent free package was negotiated and additionally a photographic schedule of conditions was agreed. The total contractual savings for them equated to £95,000.
