We were instructed by Cambridge Quantum Computing to acquire their new London offices and agreed a tripartite transaction whereby the existing tenant surrendered their lease whilst the Landlord granted CQC a new lease.. This enabled them to acquire a fully fitted and furnished office and also ensure the new lease matched a larger lease event in 3 years time. The total contractual savings equated to £150,000.
